This service enables the issuance of the Permit, allowing the applicant to initiate procedures related to the facility's location and obtain approvals from relevant authorities. The Foundational Permit also paves the way for obtaining licenses to provide military services.

Conditions
Conditions
the investor should be already registered in GAMI Military industries unified platform.
the applicant must have a valid commercial registration licence number to conduct military services and activities as per GAMI policy and procedures.
If the investor is a foreigner, the applicant must have a legal presence in Saudi Arabia in one of the following legal forms:
- a limited company in Saudi Arabia.
- Shareholding company in Saudi Arabia
The applicant's founders (controlling persons) must not have previously been sentenced to a punishment or penalty for a crime against honor or instrument, or a disciplinary decision was issued against him to dismiss him from military service, unless he has been rehabilitated or the sentence has been revoked.

Fill out the information about the products to be manufactured and describe them, clarifying the maximum carrying capacity and clarifying their condition, whether (current/future) and listing the five components/materials according to the quantity and approximate value of each product.
