Issue Export Military Product Licenses
This service enables the issuance of licenses for the purpose of supplying military products, allowing the applicant to engage in military product supply activities after fulfilling all requirements from the relevant authorities.

Conditions
Conditions
1- the investor should be already registered in GAMI Military industries unified platform. has issued the required permit
2- the applicant must have a valid commercial registration Licenses number to conduct military services and activities as per GAMI policy and procedures.
3- If the investor is a foreigner, the applicant must have a legal presence in Saudi Arabia in one of the following legal forms:
A- a limited company in Saudi Arabia.
B- Shareholding company in Saudi Arabia
4- The applicant's founders (controlling persons) must not have previously been sentenced to a punishment or penalty for a crime against honor or instrument, or a disciplinary decision was issued against him to dismiss him from military service, unless he has been rehabilitated or the sentence has been revoked.

2- Company’s Articles of Association
3- List of information about the controlling persons, including the founders, owners, partners, board members, and CEO, in addition to the persons administratively related to him for the applicant entity.
4- Decision issued by the company’s management or the owner for institutions in the format specified by the Authority (download box).
5- Detailed description of the products to be supplied must be provided, along with the required documents, including a letter of agency from the manufacturing company. The letter must stipulate the appointment of the applicant as an authorized agent or distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the products to be supplied mentioned in the letter and the expiration date of the agency clarified. The letter must be certified by the Saudi embassy in the country of the manufacturing company.
6- Requester Organizational chart that shows each job position between the controlling person and roles and responsibility
