Issue Military services license
This service enables the issuance of licenses for the purpose of providing military services, allowing the applicant to engage in military service activities after fulfilling all requirements from the relevant authorities.

Conditions
Conditions
1- the investor should be already registered in GAMI Military industries unified platform. has issued the required permit
2- the applicant must have a valid commercial registration license number to conduct military services and activities as per GAMI policy and procedures.
3- If the investor is a foreigner, the applicant must have a legal presence in Saudi Arabia in one of the following legal forms:
A- a limited company in Saudi Arabia.
B- Shareholding company in Saudi Arabia
4- The applicant's founders (controlling persons) must not have previously been sentenced to a punishment or penalty for a crime against honor or instrument, or a disciplinary decision was issued against him to dismiss him from military service, unless he has been rehabilitated or the sentence has been revoked.

6- Requester Organizational chart that shows each job position between the controlling person and roles and responsibility
